How can we help?

I recently participated in A2 collab and was told that i will receive $100 gift card upon completion. But upon completion i did not receive anything. I also reached out to Samara and Jillian as i have email from Jillian mentioning that i will receive $100 coupon. But they did not care to respond to my email. I truly disappointed with the way there was no response after the collab completion. Help me solve this asasp. Also attaching screenshot for quick reference of the conversation.
