How can we help?

I have submitted multiple tickets for this but never heard back nor recieved the promised voucher that Jillian said I would receive since I did not get to use the correct booth for my event when I participated in this sponsorship. She said it would be sent after the campaign by end of October 2025 but I did not receive it. Please send me the voucher asap because I have an event coming up that I was planning to use it for! I guess I can try to contact the company directly and let them know what happened to see if they will send it directly, if I don’t hear back from you all. It’s been months that I have been contacting you guys about this. Please send me the voucher asap. Thank you. Also I have included screenshots from the conversation I had with Jillian (the apex drop representative).
