We prefer taking the weekends off! However, sometimes we have agents answering emails over the weekend. This is not common, so if you email us over the weekend don't expect a response until Monday.
If you are receiving reminder emails, don't let them scare you. You will not get a strike; we'll resolve the issue on Monday :)
