Please let us know (email support@apexdrop.com) before a collab deadline if you're still missing your package. You will not be penalized if you have not received your products, but you must inform us.
If you ordered directly through a brand's website, check your email for tracking info. If you ordered through Amazon, check your order history to find your tracking info.
If your package never turns up, we are truly sorry but there is nothing we can do to find it other than recommend you file for a missing package with your post office, Amazon, or the appropriate delivery company. You will be removed from the collab with no penalty.
