We have two ordering processes:


1. In-App: our most common ordering process involves picking the products or bundle you're interested in when you apply to a collab. If you're accepted to that collab, your products will be shipped.


2. Promo Code through Brand Website: we send you a private promo code that you use on the brand's website; either the entire website or a specific collection. This code is to be used at checkout just like any other discount code. See ordering steps below:



Step 1: We notify you that you've been accepted to a collab and that the next step involves placing your order



Step 2: Visit that collab on the app and click "Choose your products"

Step 3: Read the ordering steps and details provided



Step 4: Copy your private promo code (by tapping on it) and click "Go to store" to shop



Step 5: Add products to cart, use your promo code at checkout, place your order



Step 6: Come back to the app to click "Finalize Order"
