If you placed your order through the ApexDrop app and need your package tracking, send an email to support@apexdrop.com.
When you place an order through a brand's website, you'll be emailed an order confirmation with tracking info. This process would be exactly the same as if you had shopped online and are receiving order updates once your package is on the way.
