If you receive a product that is broken, torn, or doesn’t fit, simply email support@apexdrop.com letting us know. We'll notify the brand and see if they are able to send a replacement (it is most common that they do replace an item).

Please notify us of any issues BEFORE a collab deadline. If the notice is too late, then the brand will likely be unable to replace an item.

If you are waiting for a replacement item to arrive, we will adjust your collab deadlines accordingly.
