Sorry to hear that! Please email support@apexdrop.com letting us know which item was damaged and how (ex. bottle leaked, tear in clothing, broken pieces). If you have pictures, please share them as they can be helpful for the brand to examine what went wrong and how they need to improve their packaging.
If the brand is able to replace the damaged item(s), we'll extend your participation deadline. If the brand, for some reason, is unable to replace the damaged item (this is rare), then we will direct you to share feedback in the collab survey and that will count as your full participation.
